Most “AI interview assistant” tools quietly route your microphone audio and your resume through someone else's cloud by default, with no alternative. CuePreem's Local mode skips that path entirely, by choice — audio is processed on-device, and the model that generates your cues is either a local Ollama install or an API key only you hold.
